The world is well endowed with beautiful sceneries which attract people from different parts to explore.
However, there are places around the world that are completely forbidden due to the dangers associated with them. These places are still pretty much explored by people despite better transportation, globalization and advanced technology.
Some of these places are home to military bases or/and espionage secrets.
1. Snake Island or Queimada Grande
The Snake Island or Queimada Grande in Brazil is located 100km off the coast of Sao Paulo.
Snakes Island is classified as one of the most dangerous places in the world. The area has not been inhabited for quite long now due to the presesnce of lethal snakes with high levels of venom in the world.
2. North Sentinel, Andaman and Nicobar Islands
This is a place belonging to the archipelago of the Andaman Islands in the Indian Ocean. The archipelago inhabits the area and has remained untouched by the outside world for a long time now.
North Sentinel is among the most isolated places on Earth due to the presence of uncontacted tribes who make the place dangerous.
A three-mile restriction zone is reported to appear crossing the island preventing the visitors from accessing the place.
3. The Namib Desert
Namid Desert is in Namibia in Africa. It is among the driest places in the world.
Research has indicated that the place is too dry for the survival of humanity and other biodiversity.
No man can dare visit the place because of its high temperatures. The place only receives about 2 millimetres of water annually.
The place is too dry for human beings to survive. The place receives very low precipitation of about 2 millimetres of water in a year.
4. Jiangsu National Security Education Museum
Jiangsu National Security Education Museum is located in Chana. What you won’t find there are foreigners.
China has restricted the area from access by foreigners to keep the communist regime’s cloak and dagger methods secret. They have protected them no matter how timeworn they may be.
Only Chinese citizens are allowed inside Jiangsu National Security Education Museum.
5. Surtsey Island, Iceland
There are many islands in the world that are endowed with unique features which attract tourists. This is not the case with Surtsey Island.
Volunteering in Surtsey Island which is located on the southern coast of the Republic of Iceland is forbidden.
The Island was formed on November 14, 1963, as a result of volcanic activities.
Humans are not allowed except only a few scientists are permitted after thorough investigation prior to their visit.
Visiting the place is prohibited because they want to protect many natural plants and animals on the island and to minimise disruptions.
