NYS Recruitment of 15,000 Youths, Date and Qualifications
Moses Kuria, the cabinet secretary for public service, has recently stated that the National Youth Service (NYS) will only recruit people according to their qualifications, without favoritism or corruption, in order to meet its goal of recruiting 15,000 troops by the end of February.
Kuria said in a statement on twitter on Wednesday that the chosen candidates will then be published on a public portal an hour following the exercise’s conclusion.
Nobody will possess a unique list. Not me, the Cabinet Secretary, not the Director General. Not the President of Kenya, that is to say anyone interested must earn a vacancy for himself, Kuria remarked.
To read this message, all you need is an internet connection. Every young person in our nation is entitled to a chance. All young people shall be granted this same opportunity without fear or favor by President William Ruto and myself.
