CS Kuria: All Public Servants To Undertake Mandatory Service Training
Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management Cabinet Secretary Moses has announced mandatory service training for all public servants.
While speaking on Thursday, June 13, during the launch of the Customer Service Excellence Training Framework at the Kenya School of Government, Kuria announced that all public servants must undertake a course in customer service.
The course will be offered by Huduma Kenya in partnership with the Kenya School of Government.
According to CS Kuria, the course will be compulsory so as to instil a culture of accountability as well as that of service excellence.
