A man kills his wife and four children and later surrenders himself to the Kianyaga police station.
A 35-year old man Paul Kariuki has killed his wife and four children. Paul Kariuki confessed to killing his wife and four children after he surrendered himself to the the the the the police station.
The area assistant chief Kenneth Murimi confirmed the incident and he reported that the bodies were found at the scene when the police visited the crime scene.
Paul Kariuki is held by the police as investigations continue to find out what transpired him the all his five family members.
The bodies of the victims who were identified as Millicent Muthoni, 38 (wife), Nelly Wawira, 13, Gifton Bundi aged seven, five-year-old Sheromit Wambui and Clifton Njuk aged one were found in their beds when the police visited the crime scene at around 2230h yesterday.
The five succumbed to multiple stab wounds on the heads.
According to the police officers who visited the crime scene, one murder weapon was recovered and the suspect is yet to lead the officers to where he claims he threw the axe he says he used to attack his family.
