CS Magoha Has Revealed The Time 2021 KCPE Result Will Be Out
The Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) 2021 examination has ended today and the ministry of education CS professor George Magoha has immediately announced the date when the result will be released.
Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has revealed that marking of the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) will be over in two weeks’ time anf therefore after the KCPE result will be announced.
CS made the announcement while Nairobi today on Wednesday where he oversaw the distribution of the social and religious studies.
CS further said that marking of the Mathematics and English papers, which were done on Monday has already began and the exercise is progressing on well.
“Marking of the exam papers has already began and results will be out at the same time as last year,” said Prof Magoha.
Last year’s Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, KCPE, results were released two weeks after the last paper was done.
Professor Magoha also said that the examination has run smoothly and he applauded teachers for their commitment during this exam period.
” Teachers, center managers, supervisors and Invigilators have done a great job for the entire examination period”, CS applauded.
Last week the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) invited teachers interested in marking the 2021 KCPE exams to apply. As anow several teachers who are exanimers in English composition and kiswahili insha have downloaded their invitation letters and are preparing to travel to Nairobi for the marking exercise.
Parents are urged to start preparing for the form admissions for the 2022 academic year scheduled to start late next month.
2021 KCPE examination did run smoothly with few cases of malpractices reported.
For instance six police officers and an examination centre manager are currently being investigated by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) over suspected malpractice in the administration of KCPE exams in Wajir county.
