“Stern action Will be taken to the following category of teachers” TSC issues another warning.
The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has issued a stern warning to teachers who will fail to fill Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) by the end second term 2022 academic year.
TSC is an independent commission which has a mandate to register newly trained teachers, employ teachers, promote teachers, take action against teachers, employ registered teachers and assign teachers employed by the commission for service in any public school or institution.
The teachers are currently busy due to shortened academic year. A lot of activities are taking place such as co curricular activities which resumed this term after it was stopped since the beginning of the pandemic.
At such times, filing and uploading the details to Tpad online system has become a big challenge due to the jam that is normally witnessed during the last minutes.
Consequently, some teachers have had their Tpads becoming incomplete due to failure to upload all the required key details.
In case a teacher doesn’t fill in all the details, the Tpad will not indicate 100%.
As the deadline for filing the Tpad is approaching, TSC has already sent a stern warning against the teacher who may not make to compete for filing of their Tpads
Additionally, the Kakamega TSC County Director has come out to warn the teachers who will not have uploaded their details. He has cautioned teachers that stern action will be taken against teachers who will not meet the deadline.
Last time TSC sent show-cause letters to teachers who did not upload their details.
Teachers, why wait for TSC to take action against you for not completing your Tpad?
