An agent shocked many when he filed an affidavit in favor of the opponent
It is expected that all the agents for Kenya Kwanza alliance will be in support of Kenya Kwanza and the same shall apply for all Azimio one Kenya coalition. However, an anticipated incident has been reported where agents from Azimio LA umoja are in favor of Kenya Kwanza.
ODM agents defended President-elect William Ruto’s case against Azimio by claiming that one of the forms presented by Azimio as evidence was falsified.
Eric Atuma claims that he served as ODM agent at st Martin school kibarage polling station in Westland constituency, kitusuru ward Nairobi County.
Atuma admitted that he was present at the polling station on the day of the general election, up to and including the end of the election.
As an agent, Atuma claims that he observed and paid attention to the tallying that took place at the polling station right from the beginning to the ended.
Atuma said that after the voting was over, all agents or party representatives were given a copy of the signed form 34A and he immediately gave a copy to our party (ODM) electronically.
“I was shown a copy of the Form 34A that was at the polling station, which was definitely not the electronic copy that I sent to ODM/Azimio,” he said.
He claims that the form he submitted to the court is identical to the form uploaded to the IEBC public portal: “Form 34 A on page 121 of the certified affidavit by Arnold Oginga is not a true copy. Submitted by the party or Form 34A on the IEBC web portal,” he said.
“I want to make sure that the correct representation of Form 34A is what I sent to the party and produced here,” said Atuma, as the ODM representative in his respective constituency.
