TSC effects mass transfers countrywide of Sub-County Directors (SCD) across the country in an effort to boost service delivery.
In the new changes, Catherine Mathenge Naivasha SCD has been moved to Kitui West to replace Elizabeth Nyambura Njihia who has been transferred to Kandara in Murang’a County to replace Paul Bii who now moves to Naivasha.
In Kitui County, Kipkogei Kutol Mwingi East SCD has been moved to the TSC headquarters. Nicholas Kitai from Voi Sub-County in Taita Taveta County moves to replace Kutol. Also, Lucy Macharia, the Migwani SCD has been transferred to Kiambaa Sub-County in Kiambu County. She will be replaced by Lawrence Kariuki who was the SCD for Tetu in Nyeri County.
On the other hand, Catherine Waithera Nairoshi Kikuyu SCD in Kiambu County Transfers to Nyeri County to replace Kariuki.
Erick Ochieng Magack who has been the Seme SCD transfers to Kuria West in Migori County to replace Benard Rotich who has been transferred to Kesses Sub-County in Uasin Gishu County. Rotich will replacing Joseph Kiptisia who has been moved to Marigat Sub-County in Baringo County.
In Kapsaret Sub-County, Wilson Ng’olekamar has been moved to Butere Sub-County in Kakamega to replace William Masai Kipchomus who has been moved to Teso North.
Sammy Rutto Rongai Sub- County Director has been transferred to Bureti Sub-County in Kericho County. He will be replaced by Peter Kangwana who has been the Embakasi/ Njiru SCD in Nairobi County.
Anne Wamugunda, Dagoretti SCD in Nairobi has been moved to Kakamega County, Mumias East Sub-County to replace Benard Odoyo Wagunda who has been moved to Pokot North in West Pokot County. Odoyo will be replacing Dennis Nyaanga who moves to Some sub-county in Kitui County.
Betty Soi Kabete SCD in Kiambu County has been transferred to Murang’a County. Similarly, Emmy Kiget who has served as the Deputy Director at the Nairobi County Regional office has been deployed as the Lang’ata/ Kibera Sub-County Director.
Susyline Kimathi the Westlands Sub-County Director has been transferred to Machakos County. Jane Muturi who was the Makadara/Kamukunji SCD has been transferred as well to Lari Sub-County in Kiambu County.
Jackson Mutai Kasarani Sub-County Director takes additional responsibilities and will be in charge of Mathare and Starehe Sub-Counties.
Henry Nyabuto transfers from Tinderet to Soy Sub-County in Uasin Gishu County. Bremin Rotich from Kimilili Sub-County in Bungoma County will move to tinderet.
Jane Achieng Nyang’iye Mt. Elgon Sub-County Director will move to Nyando Sub-County in Kisumu County to replace Nelson Ngare who has been transferred to Bumula. Jotham Ndunde Korofia who has been Nyakach SCD will replace her.
David Muruka Awendo SCD has been moved to Ndhiwa in Homa Bay County. He will be replaced by John Chepkwony who has been the Kisumu East SCD. TSC Effects Mass Transfers Countrywide.
