Athletics Kenya Names Full Squad Heading To Oregon World Championships.
A full squad ready to represent the country in the upcoming World Athletics Championships has been named by the Athletics Kenya Officials.
The naming of the Kenya athletics squad has come after an eventful 2-day trial at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.
Athletics Kenya has carefully selected the traveling contingent for the World Championships and Commonwealth Games.
The World Championships will be held in Oregon, USA starting from July 15 to 24 thus year.
On the other hand the Commonwealth Games will be held in Birmingham, United Kingdom, July 28- August 8.
Team Kenya will be represented by 123 athletes at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Athletics Kenya will have 45 athletes in the following events:
