Barcelona Sack Head Coach Ronald Koeman After Recording Poor Results
Barcelona has announced the sacking of the head coach Ronald Koeman to pave the way for one of Manchester United’s managerial targets to head to Camp Nou.
The Spanish Giants announced the news of dismissal on 27th Wednesday evening after Barcelona have recorded poor results in the 2021/2022 season.
Poor performance in leagues this season has catalysed the process of sacking the head coach.
The sucking of the head coach has come three days after losing at home to rivals Real Madrid in the Clasico and just weeks after similarly damaging defeats to Benfica in the Champions League and Liga champions Atletico.
The Spanish Giants have accelerated the process of suckling their head coach amid intense pressure on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s job at Old Trafford after they lost to Liverpool 5-0 at Old Trafford.
Manchester United favourite replacement for Ole Gunnar stands on the former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is now open to discussing any role, and is among the candidates who merit the Barca job.
Ajax’s Erik ten Hag is also another target for the red devils likely to replace Solskjaer and could be an option for Barcelona president Joan Laporta.
