Chaos Intensify On Baringo As A Grade 3 Pupil Is Shot Dead
It has been revealed that chaos intensify In Baringo County following the bandit attack that has led to death of one grade three pupil.
A grade three pupil at Tuyotich Primary School in Baringo County was allegedly shot today by suspected armed armed bandits which has left over 40 families flee to the school seeking for refuge.
Currently, a growing number of families have sought refuge in Tuyotich primary school due to the unstable security situation in the area. Families from Kasiela, Chemwani, Seretion, and Menmeno Sub-Counties are among the 40 who have been forced to flee.
The deputy chief of police for Baringo County has since confirmed that the young boy was killed by suspected cattle rustlers on his way home from school.
According to the deputy county police chief, members of the public found the student’s lifeless body and notified the authorities.
The body was taken to the hospital mortuary for postmortem examination.
Today’s incident has left the atmosphere is tense situation where the residents are fearing that more attacks may erupt any time.
Security agents have been deployed in large numbers, and they are currently on the prowl for those responsible for the horrible deed.
