CSs reshuffled barely a year in office
Cabinet Secretaries serving in different ministries have been reshuffled barely a year after they were appointed to serve in their respective offices.
The County Governor for Nairobi Johson Sakaja has reshuffled his County Executive Committee Members just one year after they were elected into the office.
In his statement released today, Governor Sakaja said the changes were done in line with Article 31 (ba) (d) of the County Government Act of 2012.
In the latest Reshuffles, Maureen Njeri who was County Executive Committee for Green Nairobi has been transferred to Business and Hustler Opportunities.

Governor Sakaja appointed Suzanne Silantoi to be head of the Health, Wellness and Nutrition docket while Rosemary Kariuki will move to Talent, Skills and Care.
Patrick Mbogo who was also the CountyCounty Executive Committee was moved from Mobility and Works dockey to Boroughs, Administration and Personnel.
Dr. Nyalita Anastasia who was in charge of Health, Wellness and Nutrition has been moved to Inclusivity, Public Participation and Customer Service.
The County boss also moved Mulama Brian Mulama who was the head of Talent, Skills and Care docket to Mobility and Works.

In his new reshuffle announced Thursday, the Governor retained Charles Kerich (Finance and Economic Affairs, Stephen Gathuita Mwangi (Built Environment and Urban Planning and Michael Magero Gumo (Innovation and Digital Economy).
In other political news, a study carried out by Trends and Insights for Africa research released on recently states that 56% of Kenyans believes that the country is heading in the wrong direction.
According to the report, members of public who took part in the survey said 79% of what is affecting the nation’s economical progress is the high cost of living. The survey was conducted the last week of June and 1,530 respondents were interviewed.
