Drama As 16 Students Arrested In Alcohol-Fueled Sex Orgies.
Gakuyu Police officers are investigating an occurrence that took place yesterday evening in which a group of students from Gititu mixed secondary school were drunk and engaging in sex in a forest.
From the police report that was read by reporters from one of the TV stations, it is indicated that the suspects in police custody were busted after the police were alerted by the public about the happenings when the students were spotted in the bush. The police Arrested and are conducting further investigations on the incident.
According to the reports from the management of the school, the students were released yesterday for the December holidays and probably on their way home they did the unthinkable.
The police officer was able to recover alcohol and other drugs from the bush where the students were busted according to the reports.
Kenyans were angered by the incident and they took to their platforms to show their concerns, suggestions and different reactions about the matter. Some called upon the inspector general to up his game and conduct a thorough investigation to determine the root cause of the rogue behaviour that is being displayed by students currently from burning schools, taking drugs and even engaging in immoral behaviour.
A section of Kenyans on their reactions to the incident blamed the government for bringing the one hundred per cent transition policy where even the misbehaving students who are not interested in matters education are forced to go to school. Citing that this has contributed largely to indiscipline cases in schools.
Another section, however, blamed parents for poor parenting or upbringing which has contributed to indiscipline cases. When children misbehave at home parents do not correct them and they grow up not knowing the right behaviour that is acceptable by society.
