Fire broke out at a referral hospital
On Saturday night, a fire broke out at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital, which was viewed as an inferno.
A few meters from the male and orthopedic wards, the fire started within the Mother and Child Hospital complex.
The hospital workers, however, reacted immediately and put it out.
Without a firefire engine on the scene, a video clip captures the hospital complex that adjoins Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital in flames.If there were patients undergoing treatment at the clinic, it had not been officially confirmed.As the fire tore through the concrete, those who had responded could be seen gathering their belongings.
It is yet unknown what started the inferno. No casualties have been reported from the incident.
