Will the Kenya National team qualify for world cup with the management of a new coach after the resignation of head coach Jacob Ghost Mulee?
The Kenya national team Harambee star has found a new coach/team manager to replace Jacob Ghost Mulee who resigned from duty yesterday.
The Kenya Football Federation (KFF) confirmed yesterday that Jacob Ghost Milee resigned and therefore there is a need to replace him with another coach. The circumstances which led to Mulee’s resignation have not been revealed by the Kenya football federation.
The Kenya football federation has now settled on a German-born Turkish nationality, Engen Firat to coach the National team.
The new coach is going to face tough moments to guide the Harambee star through to world qualifications in the remaining matches.
Engen Firat is a former Moldova coach who will guide the team through the remaining matches and the dream of the team qualifying for the world cup can only come to reality if Harambee start wins the remaining home matches as well as a win for one away match or draw in two away matches.
Kenya is scheduled to face Mali on 6th October 2021(away) and later on 9th October (Home)
FKF has not revealed any details about Engen Firat’s contract terms but in due time it shall be revealed.
