How to apply for KUCCPS placement.
KUCCPS invites the KCSE examination class of 2022 and other Kenyan scholars seeking training opportunities to apply for government placement to universities and colleges.
The online application system will be opened on May probably this week and will close on early next month.
KUCCPS are target KCSEKCSE class of last year to apply for degree, diploma, craft certificate and artisan courses.
Other than KCSE class of last year, other candidates from the previous years can apply for diploma, craft certificate and artisan courses (must not have been placed by KUCCPSKUCCPS before).
Highlights of the Application
KCSE Candidates for last year who selected their desired courses in school should revise their choices to further align them with their exam performance and interests.
Those who did not apply in school are invited to choose courses during this period.
KCSE Candidates of last year are eligible for sponsorship to artisan, certificate, diploma or degree programmes, depending on their individual grades.
Candidates from previous years who have never received government-sponsorship to university/college are eligible to apply for artisan, certificate or diploma courses in TVET colleges.
Minimum Requirements
For artisan courses anyone who managed to score grade E is eligible to apply for placement.
Those who scored grade D can apply for placement to pursue craft courses.
Candidates from last year and other years who attained a mean grade of C- (minus) are eligible to apply for DiplomaDiploma courses.
For DegreeDegree courses only the candidates of last year are eligible to apply for placement through KUCCPS as long as they attained a mean of C+ (Plus) and above.
The minimum requirements are subject to other entry requirements stipulated by professional and regulatory bodies where applicable.
How to apply for KUCCPS placement
Application should be done online through the KUCCPS Student’s Portal, students.kuccps.net, which is accessible through the Placement Service website www.kuccps.ac.ke.
Applications can be submitted online from any location through any device connected to the Internet.
Applications may also be submitted through the Placement Service App (KUCCPS Students), which you can download from Google Play Store.
