How To Apply Teacher Transfer Online; Check Application process and Procedure.

Transfer process of teachers employed by Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has been cumbersome in the recent past. This is because teachers who need a transfer are required to fill forms in quadruple and having them signed by respective offices.

The good news to the teachers is that manual process is now a thing of the past since TSC has come up with a TSC Online Teachers Transfer portal that allows all transfer applications to be done Online.

The teacher who want apply transfer must meet some criteria before proceeding with the online transfer process. The TSC Online Teachers transfer application process requirements include;

1. TSC Number
2. ID Number
3. Valid Phone number
4. Verification code sent to the valid phone number above
5. Details of the school you wish to transfer to.
6. The length of stay in your current school and in the sub county.
7. The county and sub county you wish to transfer to,
8. The reason for transfer request
9. Your email address

Application Process

• The application process is simple. All you need once you meet the above requirements is to visit the TSC Website and under Online Services, find Teachers Online Transfer or directly through this link: https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/tm-app.test/apply_transfer.
• Key in the required details and click login. Use the verification code sent to your phone number then login to access the TSC online transfer portal.
• Once you access, your name, TSC Number, ID Number and phone number will appear.
• Click on Submit a Transfer Request then proceed to fill in other required details such as length of stay in the school and sub county, choose the county and sub county you wish to transfer to, reason among others.
• Proceed to the declaration box and click on OK finalize the process.
• The details of your current working station, your role in the current school and the county you wish to transfer to will be shown by the system.
• You can also add additional documents that may support your transfer application.
• TSC will then send your transfer requests to relevant authorities within their schools for approval or decline with reason to your TSC online transfer requests est.
