Secondary Educator I, Special Need Education Teacher I in primary schools, special Need Education Educator II in secondary schools, Lecturer I, and Senior Teacher I are teachers that belong to grade C3.
These teachers are in grade C4: Senior Master IV, Senior Lecturer IV, and Deputy Head Educator II.
Curriculum Support Officer II, Senior Master III, Deputy Principal IV, Senior Lecturer III and Deputy Head Teacher are in grade C5.
Curriculum Support Officer I, Senior Head Educator, Deputy Principal III, Senior Master II, and Senior Lecturer II are among those in grade D1.
Senior Master I and Deputy Principal II belong to grade D2, while Deputy Principal I and Principals belong to Grade D3.
This indicates the new salary scale for teachers as per the CBA 2017-2021.
Also ,the new grading system is reflected. The old grading system was scraped off by the teacher service commission.
Besides the monthly salaries, all teachers are also entitled to house allowance, Commuter allowance and annual leave allowance. Those working in hardship areas are entitled to hardship allowance.
