KPLC: 8 Counties To Experience Power Interruption On Thursday
Kenya Power has declared that on Thursday, there will be power interruption in eight counties across four regions.
The electricity provider stated in a statement that different periods of the day should be anticipated for the interruptions.
Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado, Murang’a, Trans Nzoia, Homa Bay, Mombasa, and Kilifi are among the counties that will be impacted.
From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in Nairobi, Kibagare Way, Nairobi, Kibagare Slum, and nearby customers are affected by power outages.
There will be power outages in Quickmart Express, Grogon, Machakos Girls, Five Hills, Misakwani, Kyambuko, Westgate, and Iveti Hills in Machakos from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
There will be power outages in several areas in Kajiado between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., including Sajiloni, Enkorika, Enduata, Ol Kejuado School, Kipeto, Oloosuyian, Kikayaya, Referral Hosp Kajiado, and surrounding customers.
There will be power outages in several areas of Murang’a from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, including Branan Est, Bedor Est, Githumbuini Est, Golden Pearl Est, Kahaini Mkt, Geroge Thuo & OLA, Ngararia Girls & Ngararia Mkt, Kiunyu, Kiama Est, Gatoka, Gatunyu, Kimatus, Mabanda, Ithangariri, Gatanga, Kirwara, Gateiguru, Mukarara, Rugaita, Kihumbuini, Thuita, Mukurwe, Njaini Mkt, Naaro, Muruka, and Kiranga, among others.

From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Kitalale, Marabachi, Kinyoro, Nakami, Olkadongo ADC, Rafiki, Panocal, Elgon Team, and nearby customers will have power outages in Trans Nzoia.
There will be power outages in Omboga, Obilo Pri Sch, Adiedo, Maango, Orire, Wikondiek, Opanyi, Rabware, Raongo, and Nyawino in Homa Bay County from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Shelly Beach Hospital, St. Thomas Hospital, Pungu Villas, Co-operative Bank, King Fisher, Mtaa wa Makka, Dudus, Swabrina, Brazil, Centi Kumi, Vanga Est, Muzdhalifah, Kwetu Beach, Furaha Gardens, Talentos, Celtel, Mzungu Mchafu, and surrounding customers are among the Mombasa areas experiencing power outages between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Doshi Ironmongers, Great Lakes, Modern Soap, Corrugated Sheets, Fossil Fuels, Kitui Flour Mills, Transpares, Owino Uhuru, Mikindani Est, Kula Unone, Kajembe Sec Sch, and Mikindani Catholic Church are some of the other Mombasa neighborhoods.

From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, several areas of Kilifi may have power outages. These areas include Ocean Beach, Malindi Golf, Malindi Prison, Woburn Residence, Kibokoni, Mijikenda Residence, and nearby customers.
