The 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination candidates who scored Grade C+ and above can now apply to enrol to their universities of choice.
This is after Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) opened the portal earlier today.
Qualified students are allowed to apply for degree courses in both public and private universities across the country.
Students with a mean grade of C- and above are eligible to enrol for diploma courses as their counterparts who scored grade D+ are to apply for certificate courses while the rest are to apply for Artisan Courses.
All applicants will be required to pay Ksh 1,500 before their applications through this link: https://students.kuccps.net/login
Factors to be considered during the process include minimum entry requirements and matching cluster points for the desired course.
As one select the university of their choice you should consider how competitive the course to increase the chances of getting a placement. Competitive courses in highly competitive universities reduces your chances of getting placement due to high competition.
