KUCCPS Portal Reopen for Revision of Courses
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPSKUCCPS Portal) portal is to reopen on 26th June 2023 to allow KCSE 2022 candidates to revise their degree and TVET courses.
KUCCPSKUCCPS has officially announced that the portal will be open on June 16, 2023, for the second revision of courses.
The KUCCPS portal closed on June 7, 2023, when the first revision ended. The second revision of degree and TVET courses shall take place until June 27th.
According to the KUCCPS notice, 2022 KCSE candidates who will not have been placed in any institution in the first revision are given the opportunity to apply for courses.
The second revision of degree and TVET courses is also a chance for candidates who have never applied and would like to for the first time.
KUCCPS’s chief executive officer stated that students who were never placed are given another chance to reapply to start tomorrow.
However, KUCCPS CEO added that those candidates who would have been provisionally placed in higher learning institutions will not have to reapply.
The placement details will be uploaded onto the student’s portal tomorrow once the KUCCPS portal is open.
Education CS Ezekiel Machogu had initially asked KUCCPS to immediately activate the portal for students to start the application process.
CS Ezekiel Machogu a month ago confirmed that KUCCPS will place all the qualified candidates in the various programs available in different universities and Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET)Colleges.
