MoE Issues New Guidelines To School Principals That Must Be Fulfilled For 2022 Form 1 Selection Before Deadline.
The Ministry of Education (MoE) has issued a circular on Form 1 Placement directing all Heads of Secondary Schools (HOIs) to ensure that they have updated and uploaded the school joining instructions.
The directive aims to ensure that the admission letters of all secondary schools are updated with the latest fee structure, medical forms, personal items and any other information contained in the admission letters
Many schools have been able to update their fee structure to conform to the guidelines on fee structure provided by the Ministry of Education but have not updated it on the instructions to join their school.
2021 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) candidates are set to sit for their national examinations starting March 7 to March 9, 2022.
Afterwards, marking will follow and in a few days, KCPE the result will be released followed by Form 1 placement.

According to the circular all school principals are required to update the instructions on joining their schools using the link provided in the email forwarding this circular.
The email must therefore be forwarded to the school’s email address for the link to take effect.
