The New Deadly Covid-19 Omicrom Virant Posses Threat To The World.
People worldwide have been hit hard by the deadly covid-19 pandemic. The world health organisation (WHO) has alerted the world over the outbreak of the new deadly Covid-19 Omicron Virus.
The new virus strain was discovered in South Africa and according to WHO, they are yet to discover on how serious the Omicron variant is.
Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic barely two years ago, everything was at a standstill across the world, many lives have been lost, economies have collapsed, people have lost jobs, industries have been closed and even schools.
Medical experts have now engaged themselves in thorough research to establish the seriousness of this type of Covid 19.
According to WHO, the African countries will be the most affected since they have not even vaccinated their citizens. The research team will also find out on whether the vaccinated people will be safe from the newest covid-29 virant.
In the meantime, people are urged to strictly observe the covid-19 protocols to the letter to curb the spread of the pandemic.
The ministry of health led by Mutai Kagwe has assured Kenyans that the ministry is doing everything possible to prevent the new strain from entering the country.
It has been reported that Rwanda and Angola were the latest countries to have suspended flights from the Republic of South Africa.
Other counties which have banned flights from South Africa in response to the outbreak of the newest variant include the United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Canada, Russia and Israel.
Apart from South Africa, Omicron has now been noticed in travellers to Belgium, Hong Kong and Israel.
