TSC announces more vacancies, check qualifications and how to apply
TSC has announced more vacancies set to improve service delivery. The commission is seeking to recruit professionals from other fields to bolster service delivery.
There are a total of 31 positions advertised, 3 for Deputy Directors at grade 5 in Planning and Research, Labour and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.
The Deputy Directors will be employed on contract terms renewable after five years depending on satisfactory performance.
The deputy directors will earn a basic salary of between 192,800 and 288,000 shillings with a house allowance of 45,000 shillings per month.
Additionally, they will earn commuter allowance of 16,000 shillings per month. Leave allowance will be as stipulated in the TSC as well as an annual leave of 30 days.
The Commission is seeking also to recruit 14 Human Resource Officers 1 at grade 9 on permanent and pensionable terms.
Together with Accountant 1 at grade 9, (four positions) the officers will be earning a basic salary of between 51,000 and 88,800 shillings per month.
They will be entitled to a commuter allowance of Ksh 5,000 and house allowance which shall be determined by the work station as per the Salary Review Commission guidelines.
The officers will also be entitled to a medical cover, annual leave and leave allowance as provided by the secretariat of the Commission.
Ten positions of Clerical Officer III at Grade 13 are have been advertised as well on permanent and pensionable terms. Candidates who will succeed will earn a basic salary of between 28,000 and 49,400 shillings per month.
They will be entitled to commuter allowance of 3,000 shillings and house allowance determined by the work station as stipulated by the SRC. They will be entitled to an annual leave of 30 days with leave allowance.
Applicants must have scored a minimum grade of C- (Minus) in their KCSE with a certificate in computer application skills.
