William Ruto Reveals His Next Move Once He Finishes His Duty as a President
President William Ruto has revealed his retirement plans will be to go back to his “original calling” of evangelism.
President Ruto stated that his childhood was focused on learning and teaching the word of God, and that he will return to it after leaving the president because of his openly expressed passion for the Holy Book.
Speaking on Sunday during a church service in Bungoma County, he defended his practice of using the roof of his automobile to address audiences and give speeches from pulpits, citing evangelical beliefs as the source of the behavior.
People occasionally ask me why, as an evangelist, I stand in elevated areas—sometimes even atop cars. Even when you are engaged in other activities, you always act like an evangelist when you have an evangelist attitude,” he stated.
