Ezekiel Machogu Biography, Age, Education And Career
Ezekiel Machogu is not a common figure in the public domain. This is to mean, the man who has been appointed to head the Ministry of Education is not well known by the public as he keeps his life private.
Ezekiel Machogu went to Nduru High School for his O–Level Certificate. Upon completion, he proceeded to Agoro Sare High School for his A–Level Certificate.
Ezekiel Machogu Ombaki attended the University of Nairobi to acquire undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Arts.
After Ezekiel Ombaki graduated, he got a job at the Office of the President as a District Officer. Later, he was appo to serve as the District Commissioner still at the Office of the President.
From 2008 to 2016 , he worked at the Public Service Commission as a Senior Deputy Secretary.
In 2017, Ezekiel Ombaki joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Nyaribari Masaba Constituency.
During the just concluded election, Ezekiel Machogu vied for governorship in Kisii County but he lost to his opponent Simba Arati. He became position two.
Today, his losing cannot be compared to what he has won after he was appointed by His Excellency President William Ruto to serve in his government as Cabinet Secretary for Education. He will be replacing Professor George Magoha.
