Famous Citizen TV Presenter Reveals How He Was Swindled By A Jamaican Female Reggae Musician.
Jeff Koinange has opened up about being swindled by an international female reggae artist from Jamaica who was visiting Nairobi City.
On Thursday morning, during his radio show on Hot96, Jeff Koinange revealed that he did an event with the musician who belongs to a famous Jamaican reggae band but the payment never came through.
Jeff added that years after hosting the event for the Grammy-winning Jamaican reggae group, he was still waiting for his payment but in vain.
Nick Odhiambo, his fellow radio host affirmed that Jeff Koinange even avoids listening to songs from the group since that ordeal. He added that he lost the taste for the songs from the band since the incident occurred.
Later on, Jeff accepted the fate and he moved on according to the report. However, Jeff did not go deep to give finer details of what the event he hosted with the group was all about and further he did not reveal when it happened.
Nick while laughing sarcastically added that Jeff may plan to go to the airport to wait for them the moment he gets a report of their coming back to the city again.
“I don’t they are coming to Kenya again, Jeff will be at the airport waiting for them. Call that Rastafarians,” Nick made his remark while laughing.
Another report reveals that the group had been meeting with local investors, on a claim that they were planning to establish agriculture and hospitality businesses in Nairobi.
It was further revealed that the international reggae band has been at the forefront of reggae music for over twenty years because of their trademark, multi-part vocal harmonies, soulful melodies, and innovative roots rhythms.
