KNEC Sets Deadline For Verification Of KCPE And KCSE Registration Details.
The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) sets a deadline when candidates who will sit for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) should verify their registration details
KNEC is a government agency that was constitutionally established to deal with the administeration of the national examinations and processing academic certificates for the primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.
The 2021 KCPE and KCSE candidates have until the end of this month (November) to verify their registration details.
The KNEC announcement has just a day after schools countrywide have reopened after the end of the midterm break that came as a result of the students’ unrest in secondary schools.
KNEC has scheduled the two national examinations to kick off in March next year.
The candidates can confirm their registration details vias Short Message Services (SMS). This is a new initiative by KNEC aiming at offering excellent services.
Therefore, all candidates both KCPE and KCSE are informed to confirm their registration details through sending SMS containing index numbers to 20076 (Full index number then space followed by examination registered for either KCPE or KCSE).
