*KPLC Announces Delays In Generation of Token, Bill Payment and When it can be Restored*
Kenya Power has today announced delay in Token generationand bill payment for postpaid services.
In a notice issued on Thursday to customers, the Kenya Power Limited Company said the interruption was caused by a technical hitch.
The issue is being addressed as our team has identified the route cause for the problem and in due time the services will be restored back to normal, KPLC said. The services can be accessed anytime soon because the problem is being resolved at the moment.
“Restoration of normal services is ongoing, hence no cause for alarm,” He said.
