KUCCPS portal now open for 2024 application
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced that the portal has been opened for KCSE 2023 students to apply for university, college, and TVET placement.
The placement body called on all students who undertook their national exams to apply to higher institutions of learning.
The KUCCPS online portal has opened applications to Universities, TVET institutions, Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs) and Open University of Kenya (OUK).
Students who completed their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams in 2023 and form four leavers between the years 2000 and 2022 are advised to apply.
To apply for university placement, visit the student portal on the KUCCPS website.
The 2023 KCSE results were released on January 8, 2024 by Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ezekiel Machogu.
201,133 students attained a C+ and above which is the minimum university entry qualification.
The performance was an improvement from 2022 which saw 173,345 attain the same grade.
