List Of Shortlisted Cadets And Medical Practitioners Is Out-Kenya Prisons Service
The Kenya Prisons Service (KPS) has released names of over 1700 shortlisted candidates for the highly anticipated cadets and medical practitioners jobs.
The Kenya Prisons Service published the full list of 1,749 shortlisted candidates on Tuesday, March 1, just three weeks after the recruitment exercise took place nationwide.
Broken down, 1,000 individuals were shortlisted for the medical cadet officers and General Cadets while 749 qualified for the medical technicians slots.
The notice further warned that those whose name were not captured in the final list should consider themselves unsuccessful for the positions they had applied for.
“Candidates are invited for the interviews as per the dates and time indicated against their names. Those whose names do not appear in the list should consider themselves unsuccessful,” read a section of the notice.
The final list of the shortlisted candidates was published in the Daily Nation Tuesday Edition noting clear interview date and the names of the successful candidates.
Kenya Prisons Service further noted that the Prisons Staff Training College in Ruiru is the official venue where the interviews will be conducted.
Upon recruitment, the shortlisted candidates will undergo an intensive government sponsored paramilitary initial training course lasting for not less than nine months for medical technicians and not less than 13 months for the other positions.
