MPESA Services Will Not Be Available From This Time-Safaricom Announces
Safaricom, the leading telecommunications company in Kenya has announced that Mpesa services will not be available when they will be performing maintenance in its services.
Safaricom, has always endeavoured to ensure that quality of services are offered to the general public who rely on the service provider for various needs.
The company currently runs one of the biggest mobile finance institutions in the world known as MPESA with about 30 million Kenyans who have registered for and directly rely on it for various functions throughout the day.
This afternoon, according to reliable reports from K24TV, Safaricom has announced that there will be disruption of Lipa Na Mpesa services from tonight until tomorrow.
The Lipa na Mpesa services allows for customers to pay for goods with money from their MPESA wallets for any online transaction that doesn’t need to involve the exchange of cash money.
Paybill and Buy Goods services will be affected as from tonight at 11:59PM on 12 of March 2022 to 13th of March 2022 at 1.00 AM.
Users have been advised to plan accordingly to avoid any mishaps during this period when a planned maintenance is scheduled.
