Raila Hints On 2027 Lineup For Azimio
Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has received accolades from Azimio leader Raila Odinga for supporting him during his political career.
Despite not being chosen as his running mate in the presidential elections on August 9, Raila claimed that Kalonzo has remained steadfastly by his side.
According Raila, Kalonzo has a good heart, he is hardworking and one you can trust him, he is also a Christian. He is trustworthy and loving.
At his older brother Oburu Odinga’s 80th birthday celebration on Sunday at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University in Bondo, Raila gave a speech.
The leader of Azimio criticized President William Ruto for declaring that he is prepared to take on Kalonzo in the 2027 general election for president.
He declared that everyone in Azimio, including himself, is eligible to run for president and that he is willing to support Kalonzo.
“The other day, I heard President Ruto saying that he knows I will not contest and he is ready for Kalonzo. He talks about Kalnzo as if he is Kalonzo. Kalonzo is ten times better than him, he only wants to pit us against each other”, Raila added.
The Azimio boss disclosed that Kalonzo was invited as the special guest at Oburu’s birthday celebration because Oburu thought it appropriate.
Oburu received well wishes from Raila, who also said how much he will value the moments they have had.
