Teacher Fired After a Parent Caused Fracas in School
It is unfortunate that some teachers are unable to control their learners while in school. One of the teachers in a private school was faced with a similar situation.
One of her pupils was becoming uncontrollable to her. Noting her stubborn behavior the teacher advised the rest of the Learners not to interact with her. The pupils followed the teacher’s advice and avoided her.
One evening as the girl came back home from school her dear father noticed that her daughter was unhappy, she was frowning. He asked her daughter what the problem was.
The girl complained that she has been facing problems in school as her classmates dislike her and do not associate with her.
The father decided to take the matter up by visiting the school where he talked to the classmates who confirmed his daughter’s report, they do not associate with her.
The classmates revealed that they do not associate with the little girl because she was stubborn and their teacher told them to avoid her.
When confronted, the teacher said that the man’s daughter was being stubborn and that was the only way to control her stubbornness.
According to the the teacher, instructing other Pupils to avoid any association with the girl was the only way of correcting her.
On confirming the matter the angry father caused so much fracas at the school that led to the teacher being fired immediately.
