Nyamira county Woman Representative Mrs. Jerusa Momanyi has expressed disappointment and magnificent situation over the excessive range of teachers defiling students.
Momanyi advised the police to up their game and ensure all teachers who have interaction in such heinous acts are arrested and face the law.
She lamented that instructors involved in such acts shouldn’t even be in the educating career and advised TSC to sack and deregister them.
“A trainer engaging in such acts is a beast who shouldn’t be allowed to get closer to girls,” she stated.
She was once speakme after a deputy head trainer (40 years old) defiled a ten year historic in Borabu constituency. The teacher has since been arrested and arraigned in a courtroom in Keroka where he used to be denied bond until November 27, 2022 when his application will be considered.
The ladies rep warned police officers and parents in opposition to compromising justice through settling defilement cases out of courts.
“Any individual found defending the defilers ought to be prepared to meet the wrath of girls from the whole county,” she warned, including that there are so many mature girls looking for guys yet the stated guys opt for minors who can’t make sane decisions.
